Amy Winehouse Inspires Fashion
Amy Winehouse’s retro style was honored by designer Jean Paul Gaultier at his Paris haute couture runway show this week. The models strutted the catwalk rocking beehives, thick eyeliner and drawn-on moles. A live a capella group sang “Rehab” in the background.
SInger Amy Winehouse passed away at age 27.
Gaultier told Women’s Wear Daily, “I think Amy Winehouse was truly a fashion icon,” and says he felt compelled to celebrate.
